Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Thicc Club Vending (“Thicc Club Vending,” “we,” “us”) provides a platform that helps trading card vendors manage inventory and run an online storefront (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect from vendors who create an account (“Vendors”) and from people who visit a Vendor’s storefront (“Customers”), and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, business name, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) when a Vendor signs up.
- Storefront & inventory data: product listings, pricing, quantities, custom domain settings, and storefront branding a Vendor adds to the Service.
- Order data: for online sales, the Customer name and email supplied at checkout; for in-person card-show sales a Vendor logs, no Customer information is collected.
- Payment information: subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers — Stripe shares with us only what’s needed to manage your subscription (e.g. plan, status, renewal date).
- Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including your storefront.
- Process subscription payments and communicate about billing (via Stripe).
- Send transactional notifications — for example, alerting a Vendor to a new online sale.
- Respond to support requests and improve the Service over time.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Sharing of information
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under obligations to protect it — for example, Stripe for payment processing, and our hosting/infrastructure providers. If a Vendor links a Collectr export or opens an eBay search from the dashboard, no data is sent to those services on the Vendor’s behalf beyond what a normal file upload or link click would involve — see our Terms for how those integrations work.
5. Data retention
We retain account, storefront, and order data for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. A Vendor can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us (see below), subject to records we’re required to keep.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults operating a vendor account. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and post material changes on this page.
