Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Thicc Club Vending (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using the Service on behalf of a business, you’re agreeing on that business’s behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

2. The Service

Thicc Club Vending gives trading card vendors (“Vendors,” “you”) a dashboard to manage inventory, an online storefront reachable at a Thicc Club Vending subdomain or a custom domain you configure, and tools to reconcile online sales against card-show inventory. Some features link out to or import data from third-party services (currently Collectr CSV export and eBay search) — those services have their own terms, and using those features doesn’t make us a party to your relationship with them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• New accounts start on a 14-day trial that doesn’t require a payment method.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You can change plans or cancel anytime from the Billing page or the Stripe billing portal. Plan changes are prorated; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we expressly state.

5. Vendor responsibilities

You’re responsible for:

• The accuracy of your listings, pricing, and inventory counts, and for actually fulfilling orders placed through your storefront.
• Complying with laws that apply to selling trading cards and collectibles in your jurisdiction, including sales tax, consumer protection, and any disclosure requirements for graded or altered cards.
• Any content you upload or link to (including product images, logos, and banners), and confirming you have the rights to use it.
• Keeping your storefront’s custom domain (if any) registered and correctly configured.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods.
• Violate any applicable law or a third party’s intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other Vendors’ accounts.
• Use the Service to send spam or engage in fraudulent transactions.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service itself, including its software and design. You retain ownership of the content you upload (listings, branding, etc.), and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate your storefront.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thicc Club Vending won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales or lost data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where practical.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above and post material changes on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
